Day 8 Hip Care
In this class we give our hips some love and attention. You will need a spot at the wall.
Day 7 Wrist Care
This class focuses on wrist care and also makes it fun!
Day 6 Savasana
Rest is undervalued and oh so important. Lets prioritize rest together.
Day 5 Shoulder Focused Flow
Get moving active practice and give your whole body some loving with an emphasis on your shoulders.
Day 4 Knee Flow
Lets give our knees some extra love and attention. In this sequence you will need a slider and your mini loop band.
Day 3 Find Your Footing Flow
In this class we continue with foot work with some fun movement and strengthening. You will need a small ball and a mini loop band.
Day 2 Foot Care
In this class we will take care of our feet! You will need a tennis ball or pinky ball or rolled up socks.
