Single Initial Consult, Assessment, and Breathwork
Understand your body better and build a strong foundation for movement.
In this one-on-one session, we’ll go through a simple movement assessment to identify how your body has adapted to daily life, then work through personalized breath work to support bringing you back into balance. This work sets the foundation for more complex movement to support mobility and strength work.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body and practical tools to use before walks, workouts, or yoga.

Three Session Series: Personalized Strength & Movement Support
This 3-session series is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and informed in your movement — whether you're just getting started, working around pain or injury, or looking for a more intentional approach to strength.
Session 1: Initial Consult, Assessment & Breathwork
We begin with a full-body assessment using simple movement tests to identify how your body has adapted to daily life, work, or past injuries. From there, we’ll introduce personalized breath work to support bringing you back into balance. This is also good for mobility work and nervous system regulation. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your body and practical tools to use before walks, workouts, or yoga.
Session 2: Foundational Movement Patterns
In this session, we’ll explore key strength movements — such as squatting, hinging, push-ups, and overhead pressing — and how to approach them in a way that works for your body. You’ll learn how to modify or adapt these patterns so they feel safe, effective, and sustainable.
Session 3: Progress & Personalization
We’ll revisit what’s working, answer questions that have come up, and explore how to build on your foundation. This session supports long-term progress, whether that means creating a home routine or preparing for group classes.
You’ll walk away with greater awareness, confidence, and tools to support your body’s strength and longevity, all in a calm, supportive space that meets you where you are.

After your initial consultation or three-session series, I’m here to support you in whatever way works best for you. Whether you’d like to check in periodically or meet weekly for ongoing, personalized guidance, we can create a rhythm that fits your goals and schedule.
