Flex and Flow

Strength Meets Mindful Movement

Flex & Flow is a strength-based class designed to help you build coordination, confidence, and real functional strength in a supportive, calm environment without the typical gym vibes.

Each month, we focus on six strength exercises that are repeated weekly. This consistent structure allows you to safely build muscle memory, track your progress, and truly feel yourself getting stronger. Every class includes intentional warm-ups and breathwork to prepare your body, and we finish with cool-downs that connect the strength work back to familiar yoga postures. This helps you experience how strength training can enhance your balance, stability, and ease in your yoga practice.

Whether you’re completely new to strength work or looking for a more mindful approach, this class will meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to move with better form, care for your body’s long-term health, and train in a way that feels both empowering and safe.
