For this class we will start side lying, have a pillow or a blanket as a pillow.
You will also need a chair and yoga blocks for class. While side lying we spend some time taking deeper breaths, how often through out your day do you really breath fully in and out? We then warm up the hips and shoulders. After, we sit up and work on ankle mobility in a new way, remember don't push through cramping. We try out hip glides with the use of a chair and gravity and then work on our balance in standing poses. At the end of class we take a long rest in legs up the wall.
