Hamstrings, Glutes, and Half Squats

In this class you will need blocks, a blanket for sliding and padding. We start off laying down to warm up and then continue standing to warm up the ankles, knees and hips in preparation for half squat to tree pose flow. This class was filmed live Sept 25, 2023.
