Breathing Awareness and Standing Poses

In this class we start out with slow movements and an emphasis on the breathing. We take this more relaxed attitude with us into the the standing poses to find ease in the effort. Goddess Flow

In this class you will need blocks and a blanket. We start off laying down and then continue warm ups while seated. From there we worked towards a challenge flow of goddess pose and lunges, option to use a chair to help with balance. This class was filmed live Sept 12, 2023

Strong Hip Flow

Move Your Hips

For this class we start in legs up the wall and then move into reclining warm ups with a focus on the hips. You will need blocks and one soft foam block or thick folded blanket for the class. This class was filmed live August 22, 2023.
