Back Body Expansion + Stability

For this class use a foam roller or bolster and block to lay on. You will also need two small weights (Im using 5 lbs). We start out with our weighted shoulder warm up and then back body expansion. This work assists our warm up stretches. From there we do some weighted core work and then standing poses. This class was filmed live November 13, 2023.
