In this class we start out at the wall, warm up the body and shoulders and then continue shoulder work reclining. Your hips get some extra mobility work in out strengthening twists and lizard pose, plus novel work at the wall. Can you pin the block to the wall in Warrior II? Balancing the Lower Body
For this class you need the usual props. We work laying down first to warm up and then move into standing warm up moves. From there we build into more active hip flexor lengthening and then work on more hip strength in lunges. We build back body strength with Salabasana that then helps us in Warrior I.
