Wall Warm Up, Chest Opener, Shoulder Moves, and More

In this class we start out at the wall, warm up the body and shoulders and then continue shoulder work reclining. Your hips get some extra mobility work in out strengthening twists and lizard pose, plus novel work at the wall. Can you pin the block to the wall in Warrior II?
