Alignment based yoga.

Classes are athletic and challenging with a range of modifications to accommodate all levels. Amelia teaches diverse classes influenced by the teaching style of BKS Iyengar, emphasizing the balance of strength and flexibility. Some poses (asana) are done individually and sustained while others are linked together to explore agility and body awareness. She incorporates some study of specific breath work (pranayama) as well.
